“Lana Al-Ghad” Initiative
The “Lana Al-Ghad” Initiative is a professional support program aimed at assisting qualified Syrian Alawite doctors, engineers, and nurses — including nurses who have already completed their nursing studies at accredited nursing colleges — in building a legal and structured professional career pathway in Germany.
This initiative provides a clear opportunity for the professional groups mentioned above who are residing inside Syria to enter Germany legally, begin employment in their respective fields, and continue the process of degree recognition and full professional licensing, where required.
🎯 Program Objective
The program aims to support Syrian professional talents by providing:
- A legal employment pathway in Germany

- A clear and transparent roadmap for academic and professional recognition

👩⚕️👨⚕️ Who Can Apply?
This program targets Syrian Alawite professionals who:
- Reside inside Syria

Hold relevant academic degrees from recognized institutions, including:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Engineering degrees in all specializations
- Nursing degrees from accredited nursing colleges
- Have successfully passed the National Licensing Examination (NLE) (for doctors only)
- Possess a German language certificate of at least B1 level from recognized institutes such as Goethe Institute or ÖSD
- Civil Status Extract
- Valid Passport
- Academic transcript
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate)
All documents must be:
- Translated into German, and
- Officially certified by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
