Lana Al-Ghad – Pflege

The “Lana Al-Ghad” Initiative is a professional support program aimed at assisting qualified Syrian Alawite doctors, engineers, and nurses, including those who have already completed nursing studies at accredited nursing colleges.

It provides a clear opportunity for the professional groups mentioned above who are residing inside Syria to enter Germany legally, begin working in their respective sectors, and continue the process of degree recognition and obtaining full professional licensing.

🎯 Program Objective

The program aims to support Syrian professionals through:

• Providing a legal pathway to employment in Germany
• Offering structured professional guidance 
  
• Establishing a clear roadmap for academic and professional degree recognition 
  
• Achieving long-term professional stability 

👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️Who Can Apply?

This initiative is intended for Syrian Alawite professionals who:

• Reside inside Syria
•  Hold graduation certificates from relevant colleges or universities, including:
• • Degree in Human Medicine
  • Engineering degrees in all specializations
  • Nursing degrees from accredited nursing institutions
• Have successfully passed the National Unified Medical Examination (NLE) (for doctors only) 
  
•  Possess a German language certificate of at least B1 level from recognized institutes such as Goethe-Institut or ÖSD
•  Valid passport
• Academic transcript
• High school diploma (Baccalaureate certificate)
• Individual civil record extract

All required documents must be:

• Translated into German
• Officially certified by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
